You still haven't gotten it yet?! Arrgh, I can't
believe this; I had similar problems, and they
are TERRIBLE at responding (and heh, I got the
same response: being out of town). Mine had been
lost for months and eventually made it back to
them. Thank God they sent it back, but it took
several more months. And it's EMS!! You just
can't believe them when they say it's been
shipped. I can't believe it had made it to my
door, I had about given up on it. Don't even
bother asking them for a tracking number (as I
did several times), they'll never respond.
Terrible as far as customer service. I was
hesitant too this first time, but the one I
bought was a huge dream cel. I wouldn't buy from
them again, even if it was another wishlist cel.
I hope something will turn out for you; I would
definitely hold onto that cel as insurance--
until they refund it or at least take some sort
of action. I really hope something will work out
for you soon. **big hug**
