I framed this one about 3 years ago and it's held
up pretty well.  When I frame my cels, I use the
same moulding for all of them--a thin black 
lacquer by Nurre Caxton and of course all acid-free
archival materials.  I also usually use three mats
with the top one being white.  It makes for a nice
unifying theme and doesn't distract from the cel 
too much.
