This is a framed cel of Salvia (from "Wedding 
Peach"). The photo isn't very good but sufficient 
I hope. I let it frame in an art gallery last 
year, using a simple blue metal frame and a white 
mount (and another mount to seperate background 
from cel, but this mount isn't visible through 
the frame of course). 
A very simple frame but I think it fits the cel 
quite well.
