Ok, so it's not anime, but it is one of my best 
non-anime cels ^_^  I got this cel framed and 
matted at a cel dealership in Houston.  They're 
not around anymore sadly, which is why I havent 
framed anything else.  I think the place that's 
there in place of them does the same work tho.  
These cels are good to frame because the lines 
are hand painted, and wont fade like anime cel 
lines will.  I dont think I'll ever frame any 
anime cels, cause I just dont want to risk the 
line damage :\
