I had it done about 5 years ago so I'm not too sure but I 
think it ran about 250.  The fancy mat wasn't the 
expensive bit though, it was actually the frame.  It's 
polished rosewood (it matched the red in Mars' skirt 
perfectly)  it also "museum quality" with all the 
protective measures we could take because the cel  
(epecially the background) was degrading really fast.  I 
really don't usually spend that much but I got a little 
carried away with such a vivid cel ^_~
