Don't have your page set so high.  Set it to 800 
x 600.   That way everyone on that resolution and 
above can see the site easily.

I can see her page clearly no matter the 
resolution of the screen that I'm looking at at 
the time. But if she set her page to be like 
yours... well, it wouldn't look very good and 
images would be cut off.  I can't see all of your 
beta page right now, and I'm not about to re-set 
my browser just so I can visit the new animechaos 
site.

Flash is an easy plug-in to aquire, but some 
would rather not download it.  Yann is right to 
point out that you may lose business over this 
simple design issue.
