Its very nice. I like it. I haven't tried it 
using my netscape browser, but it looks great 
with explorer and 1024 X 768 resolution.(I'm too 
lazy to switch browsers/resolutions right now to 
see how it looks with others) 

Anyways, I like the design. Its easy to find 
links and it looks very neat and uncluttered. The 
lighter color on the home page is nice and makes 
reading easier.
