I think you should post the seller's name here.  
If this person makes a point about lying about 
the cost of the cel, why wouldn't she also lie 
about the condition of cels, or lie about not 
recieving a payment if she really did?  This 
person seems like she is quite willing to cheat 
people, and it would be nice to warn others. 
That's my opinion on it.
