I agree with Jape and Drac. I used to be 
staunchly against markup prices, but the fact is 
that if it is too expensive, it will not sell. It 
is up to every buyer to know what they are 
getting into. However, lying about a sell to help 
it sell quicker is never cool in my book. I've 
never done it and no friend of mine has ever done 
it. I would be curious to know who this is 
because if a cel is top quality, there should be 
no reason to lie in order to sell it. For me, 
great cels sell themselves.
