I too agree with Drac, that for me, 
the 'collection' value of a cel or genga or douga 
is the actual connection to the anime.  If it was 
used to make it, the value is inherrent in it.  
It seems to me that these 'reraised' cels are a 
few steps removed from the camera so to speak.

Although I'm not saying that they ain't worth 
anything, I think that they are great looking and 
wouldn't mind having one or ten of them - but I 
don't think that I'd buy them (although a gift of 
one wouldn't be frowned on...).

hmmm - they are pretty, however...
