Well, like any cel purchase (and most non-
essential purchases), it's always important that
it's worth it to you, regardless of it's supposed
innate 'value.' What a collector would prefer is
up to them. Some people (like myself) have
embraced production paper for collection. Some
people just aren't as interested and would rather
buy other things... rilezu cels might be that
other thing.

I have seen some limited edition cels appreciate
in value over what they originally sold for.
It's too early to tell for a lot of the rilezu
though. They are indeed limited but of course,
you never know if the company will make more...
maybe not of a design they had limited to 10 or
50 or whatnot, but of a similar scene. They are
very beautiful though and 1) official and 2)
related to the actual production work, unlike fan
cels which usually can't derive from the original
production.

If you like them and it's worth the price to you,
then go for it. If not, you can wait around for
genga and douga to hopefully appear (sadly, I
keep reading about them being destroyed
afterwards) if you prefer those, or you can
collect other mechandise from the series.

I hope this helped!
