As someone who works retail in a mall with poor 
security (example, about two weeks ago a woman 
was raped by one of the maintence men in a vacant 
store O_o), I can share in your frustrations 
there. As for the bike, that sucks, and you have 
every right to be angry and vent! I hope things 
get better for you!
