Don't worry about asking, I am sure than none of
us mind answering your questions :)
1. Original Cel Bag
I usually remove the cel from the bag it came in,
especially if the bag has became crinkled and
semi-stuck to the cel.
2. Staples
I remove them. If the cel layers/background are
not stuck I'd rather seperate them so that they
never do become so.
3. Dirt,Dust, Paint Rub from Background on Cel
A lot of people have said to use a *very* soft
cloth to clean off fingerprints etc. Alcohol
works very good to remove durt, dust and foreign
paint spots.
4. Scanning
I usually try to scan the cel in the bag, I try my
best to touch the acetate as little as possible to
avoid getting fingerprints/oil from my hands on
the cel.
5. Cel Bagging Drawings & Backgrounds
I try to bag everything seperately. The only
thing that I don't are sets of genga.
6. Cel "slightly" stuck to drawing
If the cel is 'slightly' stuck to the douga you
should be able to remove it easily by using the
freezer method. This usually causes the acrylic
paint to seperate nicely from the sketch causing
minimul damage. I definately don't think I would
use the hair dryer ;/ |
