I might be willing to keep such a blacklist of 
dealers/sellers that you probably don't want to 
deal with. . . Maybe as a link off the Yahoo 
Japan Information page, or just off the top page 
of my site.

But *ONLY* if people are willing to prove their 
cases to me, and only if I hear from, say, three 
or more people about the same seller. I'm talking 
e-mails from/to both the other person and any 
official persons/sites (ie: Ebay or Paypal), scans
of money order stubs/other dated proof of payment 
sent, etc. I won't post someone's info and declare
them Cel Collector's Enemy #1 just because a 
couple people had a miscommunication. (And we all 
know that happens. I'm sure every dealer out there
has at least a few people willing to call them the
worst thieving jerks in the world about something 
that went awry.)
