I paid for 4 Mysterious Cities of Gold cels via 
PayPal almost 5 months ago now.  When I had not 
received the cels within 30 days, I notified 
PayPal, they found in my favor and suspended his 
account.  

It took him another month to send me 2 of the 
cels.  3 months after that I still have not 
received the other two cels, and he has not 
responded to me in over 2 months.  He basically 
walked away with my 320 Euro (for the two cels 
he never sent).  I wrote the people in his 
Cartoonist organization to let them know how 
their president acts, none ever responded.
