Well when in doubt, list ALL known emails, ids and
ips! Sound harsh? I don't think the victims of
fraud think so, and as for the buyers, sellers or
dealers right to privacy... IMO if they do NOT
flake or fail to complete their end of a deal,
they won't end up on the list. Pretty simple, you
EARN your way on the list! As for listing, well
someone ambitious and dedicated enough could
create a list based on people writing in on the
boards and forums. Their bad experiences need to
be researched and corrobrated with other
individuals who've also had similar experiences.
This would be a labor of love! Where to list it?
Possibly an active link on this page and with the
cooperation of RS, AC and Animanga someone could
have the list listed near the keep-track section?
Just my two cents but IMO a damn good start.
