I'm not saying that the movie is dumbed down for 
anyone. What I am saying is that I was 
disappointed that they couldn't retain more of 
the novel for the script. It's not a terrible 
movie, I was just disappointed. Like Minion says, 
opinions vary. You should see it and form your 
own opinion. Remember, you are talking to a guy 
who has a DVD copy of the 1982 Kung Fu classic 
The Crippled Masters! "One has no legs. The other
