If you haven't done so already, be sure to do a 
search of this forum for this dealer's name 
and/or shop to see what sort of experiences other 
people have had with this person.

I've been in your situation before, with a dealer 
who couldn't find my cel, couldn't find the 
package the cel was in, couldn't find the mailing 
receipt, and made all sorts of empty promises, 
alternative deals, and assurances.  And a year 
later, the cel this dealer "lost" is still listed 
for sale on his site, and I'm still out $270.

Yes, some people are disorganized.  But some of 
them are just plain liars and thieves.
