If this is the same dealer as I've had SUCH 
horrible service from...I would just get your 
money back ASAP.  I also was given the option 
for an alternative cel.  He agreed to send me 
the alternate cel...but has failed to send it to 
me.  It's been about 2 years since I initially 
ordered a cel from him and he continues to 
ignore my emails.  =P
