I'm a newbie on this forum.
I am seeking for advice regarding a situation. I 
recently settled a deal with a cel dealer, I 
bought two very rare cels, and made the payment. 
One of them was my ultimate wishlist cel for 
this anime, and just after I made the payment 
(we negociated that deal during one month), he 
contacted me to tell me that he couldn't find 
the cel anymore and propose me a bunch of other 
cels in which I am not so interested although 
one is not that bad, but absolutely not the 2 
other ones in my opinion. 
He agrees to partly refund me, but I will lose 
money with the charges. 
Please note that the 'lost' cel was as you could 
guess VERY expensive. 

I have serious doubts about the seriousness (if 
not honesty, but I don't want to be rude) of 
this dealer and do not know what I should do, 
shoud I buy the remaining cel, or should I 
cancel the whole deal? Any suggestion is 
welcome. 

Did some of you experience the same kind of 
situation?
