Okay, so the overworked scanner at Casa de Evil
has finally started giving up the ghost. I'm a
wee bit tired of manually adjusting the
red/orange end of the spectrum manually in
Photoshop on one out of every two or three scans.
So once again it is time to set out on the hunt
for a replacement... and this time, I'd like to
avoid doing the same thing again in two years.
As a result, I'm hunting for a GOOD scanner this
time, rather than "whatever Costco carries that
isn't a completely unrecognizable brand".
Can anyone out there heartily recommend their
own scanner, and if so, which one is it?
Thanks in advance for any advice!
