I think the current shrink is mostly due to the 
new charges.  Only about a month ago there were 
twice as many pages.  A decrease due to cg anime 
would be slower.  I suppose it's both people 
taking down -some- of the things that have been 
there forever and aren't selling (why waste the 
insertion fees?) and some people trying to avoid 
the percentage (though I guess we'll be seeing 
how that changes things).  Of course, with less 
cels that don't sell, the overall quality looks 
much better right?  Your particular series coming 
out could just be coincidence too.  Sometimes 
cels from certain series, regardless of age, just 
have a bit of a swell in availability.

There are a lot more collectors than dealers it 
seems.  So, when the collectors are feeling poor, 
you see a lot more of them posting sales than 
dealers.  Of course, they usually post under 20 
for sale (in say a two week timespan) whereas the 
dealers tend to post at least 20.  This is just a 
rough estimate.
