No, that's not true : it's not because it's
printed on a picture instead of typed in the
message that it change something.

Well, she claimed (in fact she even shouted)
in very strong term that the packaging was
extremely bad. When you claim so strongly
something, you are bound to get as strong an
answer from the people who don't agree with you.
I am not taking any side : merely pointing
why people reacted how they did.
Now, IMHO, the considerate and prefessional way
to do it would have been to contact the other
person privately and resolve the problem that
way. Only if no solution can be reached that
way, go public.
