Uhhh...... There are two options a seller can 
make, if you read the auction content.  There are 
auctions where the timer will reset, then there 
are auctions that do not have a reseting clock.  
A cel got boosted from 26500 to 71000en in the 
last 30 seconds, since there were no reseting 
clock on this auction, and not giving you another 
chance to place a bid.  It says it right above 
the section where its marked, (Seller will/will 
not ship internationally).  If it doesn`t say 
this auction has no resetting clock, then it has 
a reseting clock.  hope that helps.
