Well, somebody on the AC forum has discussed the 
possibility of another deputy service about a 
month ago and said it was going through a "test" 
phase. If, in fact, this is the same person, I 
can understand a little bit of the need for 
privacy. 

Given the above reactions, I'd say that the need 
was justified. ^^; Still I wouldn't throw my 
money at this service until I heard more about it 
either. Just common sense.
