I can udnerstand your business point of view, but 
to be honest I would never order the cels with 
you that I would order with this new person 
because all I want is one 1,000 yen cel and 
perhaps another for 500 yen. I simply cannot 
afford the expensive $30 surplus charge right 
now, and not for such tiny cels, so I would 
either a) get them with this person, or b) not 
buy them at all. I'm being totally honest here, 
so I don't want to start a flame war, I'm just 
trying to explain the viewpoint that many 
probably have, since a good deal of cels on YJ 
have low bids and just kinda sit around.
