Please Misha (and anyone else insisting that 
fansubs are legal), please please please look 
into this more deeply.  I know that this topic 
has been rehashed so many times, on so many anime 
forums, so this'll be my only post in this 
thread.  I'm not going to argue with you, since 
I'd prefer that offtopic threads die in this 
forum (we *are* here for cels, ne?).  But I 
implore you to talk to a lawyer, or swing by 
fansubs.net and ask the fansubbers if they think 
what they're doing is legal, or read the 
fansubs.net forum archives.
