If you'd ask me I'd say No, something like 
copyright infringement. The companies that 
produce these animes own the rights to their 
images. Do people copy them to sell; all the 
time. I don't think anything could really be done 
except e-bay ending the auction. Its alot of 
effort to persue, the only person who would be 
making the biggest noise (and rightfully so) are 
the ones who own the original cels.

 p.s. this might sound bad but are Ryokos nipples 
REALLY that small, I would think they would be 
better purportioned?
