From my experiences, GPM actually arrives just as 
fast or even faster than International Express.

Also, GPM *SMALL ENVELOPES* also have the 
word 'Expres' written on them, so I guess it 
kinda tricks foreign postal services to deliver 
them ASAP, heh.  Later.
