They send IPMO for a $5 fee. Turn around tends to 
be 2-3 weeks total. I bought a cel from 
Hinotorisha and sent it through BidPay. I got the 
cel about 2 1/2 weeks later. Just save yourself 
the heartache. Also, when you use BidPay, the 
seller is sent an email confirming that you have 
sent payment. It really speeds up the whole 
process.
