What kind of package did the guy send it in for 
$43??? nothing send to Japan, especially as light 
as a IMPO, can be that expesnive! You really 
should go demand to get your money back because 
he totally ripped you off!
I send IMPO to Japan all the time because I buy 
from Yahoo!Japan and i've gone to about 3 
different post offices for who knows how many 
times and they all charge about $3 for a IMPO and 
80 cents for regular air. All the packages that 
are sent to me from Japan are always around $15 
for EMS, the most expensive was $20 for some pan 
sized cels. You should go get one off the USPS 
booklets too that they have on the counters that 
lists all the different prices for different 
services plus check online
