Same thing happened to me not too long ago =(

I've also gotten folded cels - luckly only the 
background was minorly creased, and one of the 
corner tips was bent to the point of falling 
off...

I've also gotten a cel that wasn't pack too 
tightly, and the sliding around took a section of 
paint off ~sigh~

Well all have our horror stories to tell...
