i've been lucky - the cels i've gotten, even from 
the numerous private collectors i've dealt with, 
have all been packaged carefully.  (i *do* think i 
like Taro's packaging best, with Animanga's a 
close second ^_~)  but i have had a few close 
calls with the post office.  one cel i won at 
auction had the address torn off, and eventually 
made it back to the shipper (thank god the return 
address was still legible!) who repackaged the 
sucker and tried again.  and another came with a 4 
inch (i'm not exaggerating) vertical tear CLEAR 
THROUGH the packaging! (a shipping envelope and 4 
layers of cardboard)  thankfully the cel was small 
enough and not anchored to the cardboard, so that 
it shifted and wasn't damaged.  the douga, 
however, was less lucky, and ended up with a small 
tear in the corner ;_;
