i was just checking out oion's site, and was 
reading the section on cel care.  i was shocked 
at the mention of cel packaging / shipping -- 
that a cel had been rolled up & sent in a tube 
from a supposedly reputable dealer!!  does anyone 
else have such horror stories?

my worst experience was receiving a couple of 
cels from france.  they were just stuck in a 
large, flimsy padded envelope -- no cardboard or 
anything.  basically they arrived creased, 
wrinkled and folded in every imagineable way.  ;_;
