The second cel I got was an X/1999 movie cel I 
won on eBay.  It arrived in a large non-padded 
manilla-type envelope with a peice of cardboard 
that was smaller than the cel.  As a result, the 
cel was creased where the cardboard had ended, 
and was also had a small tear.  That cel is now 
in someone else's collection who apparently 
didn't mind the damage as much as me, and I am 
still awaiting a partial refund from the seller.  
Very sad ;_;
