I just received a package with a HUGE rip/dent starting at the "CareMail" label on the bottom of the package, straight through the package all the way to the top and stopping at "Please Don't Bend!!" -_- >_< Good thing the cel itself was packaged and protected well, thanks thof :) ^^ -Eric
