Hey, a tip for Lady Z. and others-
If you get insurance on your package and the post 
office pulls this kind of crap (even without 
insurance I would try it) DO NOT OPEN THE 
PACKAGE.  Take it to the post office, and open it 
in front of the postmaster.  Then, if your items 
are damaged, they must give you the money the 
items are insured for.  This has actually 
happened to me- I know it sucks to wait, but 
getting refunded money for damaged goods was 
worthwhile.
