As for the sig. confirmation:  I've heard a 
little about it, but have no idea if it's
effective or not.  (*shrug*)  Maybe it's worth
a try at least...

And yes, I've complained about my carrier before,
even talked TO her, and I will do so AGAIN,
as she seems to be about as thick as a 
triple-layered brick wall...:P
