Come on people - I think everyone is taking this a little
too personally.  Yes, I'm new here, but I can still 
recognize bickering when I see it.

Here's my idea:
1)Everyone bid however much they want, for whatever it is
they want, on whatever auction site they want.
2) Try to remember that these cels originate in Japan, so it
stands to reason that there are more cels available to those
in Japan
   2a) Sometimes the only way those of us in the US can get
       good cels is when people like Melissa buy them in or
       from Japan, and then sell on their sites, or on ebay.
3) This is a hobby, remember?  Hobbies are supposed to be
fun!
