Hmmm. This is a very interesting argument and while I've
been a proponent of the ebay capitalist motive, I think
I've changed my mind. Yes, people have a right to resell
at auction but I think the overarching costs would be too
great -- dealers and buyers won't have much to do with you
and, as we can see by the hard feelings presented here,
they have long memories. 

I debated about the Neptune cel I just bought and sold
from Vega. I felt pretty cruddy about doing it and I know 
I shouldn't because I sold it at the cost of what it
cost me (it was part of a two cel deal at Vega). Maybe I 
should have asked Vega if he or she would split it up. Maybe
I was just disenchanted by it when I got it. Maybe I had
just spent too much on cels at the time and panicked. 

Anyway, just feeling paranoid.
