I'm not her to defend Bonbee but I have ordered from them
before and never had a problem with them. Bonbee might be
strict with their rules because of the large number of
oversea orders. Anyway the procedure for ordering cels from
Bonbee is not very complex. Pretty simple actually. From
personally experience I had corresponding with them, I never
had a problem and they seemed pretty nice :)
