There is lengthy discussion in the archive of the forum about how to scan a cel in several parts and put them together :) It's not difficult and doesn't take much time so if you are not planing to have several hundred over-sized cels to scan... Oh, it's something that is much easier to do with a good scanner : because if you don't change the scanning setting between each pass, the colors should match nearly exactly. So you just have to align both scans together correctly. Without any fancy editing... With a lower quality scanner, you will get differant hues for each pass so you will need fancy editing to blend each scans together. Cheers, Yann Stettler |
