Myself, I do prefer first come first serve. Ive missd out
here and there. As to my ability to check updates, it is
very limited. I go to work between 6-7AM and dont get home
till the 6-7PM, it depends on workload. During the day Im
stuck in a lab, far from any real computer. What we use in
the labs are dinosaurs. Only my boss has internet access,
and while I have snuck into his office once or twice while
he was out, I cant really count on this.
The one time I can see a lottery for non regular updating
dealers as being benificial, is if the cel is rare and
wanted by all. Say for example, a perfect EVA cel. A once
in a lifetime chance that could be extended to all who were
interested.
I may be biassed as lady luck never smile upon me.
