It is hard to said, there is positive and negative on all 3
methods, (first Come, Auction, Lottery), I would prefer auction, but with this method the person who is willing to pay most get the cels, so the price will most likely be very high for cels from popular series or rare cels, I certainly don't mind this since my monthly buget on buying cels is around $400~$500 per month, so if I see a must have, I would be willing to spend all my monthly buget on just that one cel.
Lottery is perfectly fair for everyone, eveyone has the equal chance on getting the cel they want.
first come method is really unfair for everyone, the person who check updates most often normally get the cels, not everyone can stay in front of computer 24 hours a day.
