No, the minimum for foreign orders is $1000. This is for other cel dealers who might want to buy in bulk. I don't know if it would work for you to buy a bunch of cels totalling $1000 in price, but it wouldn't hurt to see. We'd need a lot of people though. -_- If you live in Japan however, you can order whatever you want from them. Personally, if you're trying to order a cummulative amount of cels, I would get someone who know Japanese to email them asking how to go about doing that. I doubt you can just pick and choose what you want, I think you order bulk amount of cels from several shows. ~v
