I was just musing about this a bit... I believe AWS does orders for $1000 to foreign countries. What if a group got together and each paid $100 (10 people), (or $75 for 15 people) and did an order? I'm curious whether anyone would try it, or want to coordinate such a feat, or if any dealers have considered doing this kind of partnership with one another? I don't know what kind of cels you'd get, or if anyone would be willing, but thought I would toss out the idea.
