Okay, here's another one that has been dealt with many times
before, but we can go through it again I suppose.
The $1000 minimum is correct, but you CANNOT choose what
cels you want to buy. This is their deal: If you want to
buy from them overseas, you send them $1000 and you get a
whole bunch of cheap cels from the common shows that they
choose. Basically, they send you millions of cels, but
they are all the cheapest ones that they couldn't sell
there because nobody would buy them.
So that means that here, most would cost about $10-20 each
from a dealer. So unless you are looking for many many
cheap cels of shows like dragonball and some others, you
have reached a dead end.
