Greetings All, It's always disturbing to hear of someone who has had problems with an on-line purchase. After all, most (if not all) of the people on this board have bought and continue to buy cels on-line. No matter if it's a purchase of a $10 cel or one costing several hundred, buying things over the internet can be scary. That's why people such as Takashi Tanaka are so important. My wife and I have made several purchases from Takashi. Single cels, multiple cels, multiple separate purchases combined into one order. Just about any type of internet trasaction you can imagine. In *every* case Takashi has been the very definition of honorable and professional. When we purchase something from Takashi, we honestly feel we are purchashing something from *him* not just a company named CelMart. We trust him as we do the couple that runs the local town bakery, our favorite checker at the local supermarket, our mail carrier who strives to take extra special care of those packages that keep arriving from Japan, and our barber who comes to our house in the evening so that my wife, my son, and I can all get a haircut at the same time! We know and trust these poeple because we see them often and have built up trust between ourselves. And although we have never actually met Takashi, we do know and trust him. He is as *real* to us as any of the people we see every day. ----- Part 2 follows |
