If you've sent money with an international postal money order, you must have a receipt. With this receipt, you can ask the post office to know if your money was well delivered. I've ordered many cels from Mr Takashi and had no problems at all. He even phoned to me (in Switzerland) when he wasn't able to contact me by e-mail to tell me that he had sent some cels to me. I'd recommand Celmart to other people, as the cels they sale are of good quality, and not too high priced, and Mr Takashi seems a honest person to me. |
