Hmmm, this is the thing I fear each time I send a Money 
Order through the mail. I on the other hand have never
dealt with Cel Mart, and I have already established people
I feel comfortable buying from. (anime-cel.com, anime-taro,
anime chaos, to name a few.) I have however had a deal go 
raw, where the cel I received was damaged considerably, yet 
I was not informed of the condition it was in at time of 
purchase. I wont disclose the name of the place yet, 
because we are still working on an agreement, whether I 
send it back or get a large discount. If this goes sour, I 
will be sure to let everybody know who not to buy from as 
well!!!
